The Tackle Tavern started life as a side project built on a genuine obsession with carp fishing and years of buying and selling used tackle. Word spread, the stock grew, and before long it turned into a proper tackle shop serving anglers across the UK.

Opening the Bicester shop was the moment it all became real. A place you can walk into, have a brew, talk fishing, and actually handle the gear before you buy it.
- FROM DESK JOB TO PASSION
Swapping spreadsheets for spod rods was the best decision we ever made. Now we spend our days doing something we actually care about, surrounded by tackle and talking to people who love fishing as much as we do.
